Meet Attorney Mary K. Kelly
Our lead attorney, Mary K. Kelly, brings more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, practicing elder law, estate planning, family law and bankruptcy. Before becoming an attorney, she worked for technology conglomerate IBM Corporation and Thomson (West) Publishing. This experience gives her a unique background knowledge of complex financial issues and the complexities facing business owners.
Her depth of experience serving clients in elder law matters like Medicaid and helping them prepare estate plans enables our firm to offer a uniquely personalized, empathetic approach. Our clients appreciate that we take the time to get to know them, understand their unique situations and help them reach their goals.

Meet Attorney Stephanie Juliano
Stephanie Juliano is the Assistant Director of the Writing Center at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she has taught the Advanced Writing Workshop and Writing Skills Workshop, grammar and style workshops, to incoming law students. Stephanie also assesses the writing needs of the student body, reviews students’ writing, including memoranda, briefs, articles, and writing samples, and coaches law students on academic writing skills. Stephanie also tutors law students for the New York State Bar Exam.
Stephanie is the former Director of the LL.M. Program for Foreign Lawyers at Touro Law Center. She has taught Contracts Survey to LL.M. students, a substantive course covering five credits of contracts, also in preparation for the New York State Bar Exam and evaluated students’ abilities to summarize and apply law to legally relevant facts in hypothetical scenarios through written assessments, providing feedback for improvement. She also advised students in class selection and completion of graduation requirements.
As a professor, Stephanie has taught the American Legal Studies Practicum, a supplemental course to American Legal Studies, which provides intensive instruction in writing to maximize students’ success in answering bar exam questions, and Legal Process.
Further, Stephanie was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Legal Practice at New York Law School from August 2018 until June 2020. Her teaching duties included Legal Practice I and II, teaching objective and persuasive writing, client representation skills, oral advocacy and negotiation.
Presently, Stephanie is a contract attorney at The Kelly Law Group, P.C., an estate planning and elder law firm. She conducts intakes and interviews clients and conducts legal research and writing, including issues on religious conditions placed on a beneficiary to receive a bequest and the process of revoking an irrevocable trust. Stephanie drafts health care proxies, living wills, and powers of attorney and represents bankruptcy clients at 341 meetings. She also has assisted client families with probate and estate administration leading to amiable settlements.
